SCoC WON'T touch CPC merger

Sinclair Stevens has had his day in court, and has lost. He's the dude who said the merger between the Candian Alliance and the old PC Party shouldn't be permitted.

The trial and appeal divisions of the Federal Court of Canada both refused to declare the merger invalid.

A Supreme Court of Canada hearing was Stevens's last hope for keeping the challenge alive.

Mr. Stevens, will you please just go away quietly now? And could you take Carol with you?
