Not what the Libs want to hear going into the final weekend

Nanos shows the Libs slipping by two, and now Harris-Decima also shows the Liberals sliding while showing the Tories upticking.

It also shows us taking back the advantage over the Libs in Quebec, and narrowing the gap here in Ontario. Not the sort of trending you want to see going into the home stretch of the campaign... if you're a Liberal.

And remember... Nanos has so far been lagging the other polls by a day or two.

As a Christian Conservative, how do you rest, knowing that Harper has closed teh door on abortion and other social questions that most Christians are very concerned about? It is hardly democratic to say "I will not allow that question to be raised again"

I'd love to hear how Harper himself explains this. I hear he is also a Christian who no doubt has the same personal convictions that you and I have. Even if you don't want to post this comment, I would appreciate hearing your answer.

    Hey Slim,

The only time Libs mention abortion is to portray pro lifers as the bogey man about to destroy Canada as we know it (hidden agenda anyone?). At least the Cons don't do that.

I believe you're a bright guy, so I've got really question your ethics when you support a PM who is so obviously corrupt and untruthful.

For people who hold themselves high up on a pedestal, you Christian Conservatives sure don't mind throwing your ethics out the door to achieve your goals.

If you support Stephen Harper, it's because you're either feeble minded or as corrupt and sleazy as the man himself.

I don't give the Cons a rousing endorsement. They are the best choice I have. All the other parties refer to me as an extremist, racist, bigot, flat earther, denier...and even feeble minded. A couple of elections ago the Libs informed me that I was very un-canadian in a commercial they put out. They painted people with my values as a deadly menace and a danger to our Canadian way of life. I took it personally that my (then) govt would say those things. I had no Canadian pride for quite some time. Steven Harper made a couple of stands that made me proud to Canadian again. They were stands the Libs would not have made. I may be feeble minded to you but Harper gave me back a sense of pride for my country when the Libs took it away. By the way, if you think there is no sleaze in the other parties I think you are feeble minded.
