Personally, I didn't think much of Bush bumping his head when he entered Marine One, even though I remember seeing it.
But if you notice when comparing the Bush head bump to the Obama head bump, Bush bumped his head really hard while Obama's head seem to barely graze the door frame at all.
Even an accident for Obama looks cool and smooth!

I barely even saw it.
That could just have easily been him ducking under the top of the door.
