Iffy Liberals attacking McGuinty Liberals?

I have to wonder about their strategy sometimes... in attacking the Harper Government over the issue of Economic Action Plan signs, they seem to have found an unintended target... their own provincial cousins.

I did a quick survey of every Economic Action Plan sign I could find this evening... and here's what every single one of them looked like...

One word... OOPS.

Here's the irony... while they accuse the Conservatives of outright partisanship, it seems that the Ontario Liberals have been exposed to significant political damage. I mean, just look at the signs... at least the Federal one's aren't "Tory Blue", as opposed to the Ontario "Liberal Red" ones!

You just provided an answer to a question thats been nagging me since about the time Iggy took on a volunteer to work in his war room.
Said volunteer at one point divorced himself from the LPOC when Martin became leader, at that point refered to himself as liberal in exile or some other dumbarse thing. Then after a while we hear that he's working for the McGuinty election team. After Dalton won the election Warren goes silent and we hear rumours that he and certain McGuinty cab ministers get along like oil and water. Next thing you know Warren is "volunteering" for Iggy....hard to believe after what he wrote about him on his blog.
    Now its crystal clear.
Warren is using Iggy to get at the Ont libs that didn't give him the reward he was expecting.
I wonder if Iggy has figured this out, probably not because Warren apparently is still there...although not on the first string, Dononlo was wise enough to put some distance between him and Iggy.

I, personally, try not to look to much into the whole provincial-federal "cousin" thing. They're all separate parties.

Hey CC, I have a question for you somewhat related. What do you think of this Ontario "vote splitting" rumor where Ontarians vote for one party federally to power and the other one provincially to power in QP? It happend with Harris and Chretien and McGuinty and Harper. Just intersted to see if you believe it exists.
